A, Mute cart is composed of PP plastic sweep, powder coating armrest (foldable or fixed), and mute trundles (nylon stents or iron plate stents) etc.

G, Mute carts performance test (Japan J I S standard):

According to Japanese J I S standard B8720 regulations:

 

1, Load: rated load 150 KG series mute carts: starting force should under 10 KG;

Rated load 300 KG series mute carts: starting force should under 14 KG;

 

2, Plate: Add 4 times of rated load to the centre plastic sweep to text that the plate should no breakage, and the bending should be less than 7 mm, which should return to normal in 15 minutes.

3, Armrest: Add 6 times of starting force to the armrest for 1 minute, armrest should no deformation and loose.

 

According to Japanese J I S standard B8723 regulations:

4, Trundles: Add 3 times of rated pressure on trundles for 3 minutes, trundle stents should no deformation, rotation axis and guild shaft should no clearance and loose phenomenon.

 

5,Mute carts trundle out of shape test:

In rated load condition, covered 10 kilometers with 4 kilometers per hour, the caster wheel rubber should not deformation, wear and crack due to heating.
